Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid
Good. People need to see the real face behind the smirking chimp. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence, does it? Let's see how the 30% who still support this weak stupid little man try to justify this pathetic performance.
As the old saying goes, his "dogma got run over by his karma".
No, the frat boy won't go to jail as he deserves, but history won't ignore his crimes either. Seeing how contemptuously Bush was treated as a non-person by his own party at the RNC is proof of how far he has fallen. Unlike former well-respected Presidents like Bill Clinton or Jimmy Carter, his status will not grow once he's finally exiled from the Oval Office. He ain't Harry Truman, not even close. For a man so obsessed by his own legend, the rest of his political life is going to feel like a jail sentence.
For the first time, Bush won't be able to escape accountability. He was able to escape his business failures, his mismanagement of the Texas Rangers, his non-appearances from the ROTC. Not this time. Good.
